Michael has over 30 years in-depth Executive Search experience with in C-Suite and Senior Management level mandates across Financial Services, Energy & Infrastructure, Government and Education. As a result, he has an enviable network of contacts and reputation as a true specialist.

Michael established Carmichael Fisher in 2002, originally in Sydney and Melbourne and grew the business to seven offices across Asia, the Middle East and Europe. He previously ran Hamilton James & Bruce (HJB) for 16 years, where his primary specialisation was Financial Services.

Michael originally qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales and in New South Wales.
