Alice Ziliotto

Alice has long experience in Head Hunting and Executive Search, with main focus in Life Science, Chemical and Industrial sectors. After a Master Degree in Sociology at the Catholic University of Milan, she began her career at Aims International Italy where she spent 7 years, managing many different projects and developing a strong attitude in Project Management and Leadership Mapping. Between 2017 and 2021 she gained experience abroad, in Switzerland, in a middle management company, where as Managing Consultant she personally conducted researches of national and international senior managers, for leading Italian and foreign multinationals.
