Piia-Noora Kauppi is a Partner at the Helsinki office of Odgers Berndtson. She conducts searches for Chairs, CEOs, CXOs and Non-Executive Directors for plcs, private companies and major public organisations. Piia-Noora joined Odgers Berndtson in 2023. Previously in her career, Piia-Noora was a Managing Director of Finance Finland from 2008 to 2022. Before that, she served as a Member of the European Parliament from 1999 to 2008. Piia-Noora is a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader 2005-2010 and alumni. In addition, she will continue her work on the boards of Gofore and UPM Kymmene. As part of her pro-bono activities, she acts as Chairman of the SOS Children's Village Foundation and is a Member of the Board of the Finnish Olympic Committee Sports Support Foundation. Piia-Noora has a Master of Laws degree from the University of Helsinki. She has complemented her studies with executive education programs at Harvard & Yale universities.
