Biography
My early interest in business contexts and working with people and teams led me to study education with a focus on adult education at the University of Hamburg. Following my studies, I acquired additional qualifications as a certified business coach (DVCT), management trainer, and process facilitator, as well as certification as an RMP Master (Reiss Motivation Profile) and the 9 Levels Model for integral personnel and organizational culture based on Spiral Dynamics, Graves. Since starting my career, I have spent over 20 years building HR expertise in a wide variety of corporate contexts. Initially, I worked in the insurance and logistics industries until I moved to Berenberg Bank in Hamburg in 2001, where I supported the company's international growth and various change processes from the HR side for almost 15 years. Since 2015, I have been self-employed as an HR consultant and HR interim manager. I have built HR departments and supported HR digitization and process optimization projects and restructuring projects at various companies in the digital and startup sectors, the real estate and financial sectors, as well as IT and large municipal public sector companies. I continue to pursue this role with the same passion as my role as Senior Partner at HR Recruitment & Interim AG. I find the sustained energy for my professional tasks in my role as a father to my two almost grown-up children as well as my passion for sports cars from Zuffenhausen, surfing, and active sports.
