He grew up in The Hague and has always worked in customer-oriented positions. Curiosity, patience and genuine interest are central to his role at Whyz. For Lodewijk, Executive Search is synonymous with care and discretion. According to him, it is ultimately the genuine interest that enthuses candidates to talk about their wishes. In 2020 Lodewijk made the switch to Executive Search. At Whyz he is active in various functional areas, with the Financial Services receiving his special attention. Here he contributes to making organizations future-proof by connecting them to the new generation leaders. At the same time, he regularly carries out assignments in other sectors, in order to further expand his world and to acquire new knowledge. As a search consultant, he is involved every day with what is going on in the market, what developments are coming and what drives organizations and people to do what they do.
