Tim is a Director and COO at Dartmouth Partners. He has operational oversight of Dartmouth’s business, leading the firm’s operations team. Tim’s experience covers a variety of industry sectors, having worked with clients across banking, consulting, and global corporations. This deep understanding of the market allows him to work strategically – improving processes and efficiencies to increase speed of delivery and ensure the highest quality for our clients. Tim joined Dartmouth Partners as one of the inaugural team in 2012. Originally working as a Director in our Graduate team, Tim played a large part in creating the building blocks that allowed the team to flourish to today’s level of success. Tim gained his recruitment experience working as an early-career consultant for several years at Freshminds. Prior to this, he was involved in business development in an online start-up. He graduated from the University of Nottingham with a degree in Management with French. Outside of Dartmouth, Tim enjoys stuff that goes fast – even more so if it incorporates any type of water sport.
