I manage our international practice at Frazer Jones and focus on global HR search working with our network of offices across the world to source and mobilise HR talent across the regions for our clients. Within the team, we have a strong focus in Europe driving activity across Switzerland, France, Austria and the Nordics in particular and working closely with our European offices on the ground in Amsterdam, Germany and Italy. We travel extensively across the region to work with regional and global HR leaders across a broad array of sectors to deliver dedicated HR executive search as well as building HR networks, hosting HR focused events in-country and sharing relevant thought leadership content across the region. My career has been dedicated to HR recruitment and search and I have worked extensively with senior HR talent to develop their international HR careers. I have delivered senior leadership assignments across all HR disciplines for a wide range of global, international and local clients, primarily through executive search, and enjoy an expansive international HR network as a result. My background includes working extensively in the UK and Continental Europe for well over two decades; dedicated high-profile major international HR talent projects across the former Soviet Union and People’s Republic of China for 7 years; building and managing an HR search and recruitment business in the Middle East from inception for over 7 years as well as working across the Asia Pac region. I’ve been lucky enough to work with great HR talent throughout my career, following upper decile talent from the outset, many of whom have gone on to have high profile HR careers around the world and have continued to work with me in highly valued and trusted relationships. My track record, extensive international network, dedicated HR search expertise and diverse cultural exposure all support my authentic and creative approach. I greatly enjoy partnering with clients over the long term to successfully deliver great people for the right opportunities wherever they are and whatever the challenge. I love to travel and sometimes I have been lucky enough to combine this with my international roles throughout my career; exploring Russia and China in the early nineties was a real highlight! I enjoy the great outdoors and several sports including sailing and scuba diving, and road cycling is a more recent passion. I also have a lifelong interest in the Arts.
