Sancho’s career has been linked with the human resources sector. He joined the PageGroup in 2005 until 2008. Then he created his own headhunter firm specialized in legal and tax positions. In 2015 he returned to PageGroup as a Partner in the Page Executive division, a unit that specializes in domestic and international executive headhunting and screening.
