Prior to joining Chasm, Andrea built and led an internal executive search function for Vanderbilt University, where she focused on administrative and operational leadership placements. She also has deep experience working for a private equity firm focused in healthcare and business services, identifying and placing leaders within their portfolio companies. Originally from Chicago, Andrea currently lives in Nashville, TN. She graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. Andrea is a true outdoor enthusiast and often explores many of the National and State Parks in-and-around Tennessee, specifically seeking hikes featuring waterfalls (ask her to take you on a hike ~ she’s an expert!).
