Christophe Mille is a Managing Director at ZRG Partners based in the firm’s London office. Christophe focuses on building executive and non-executive teams for a wide range of private and publicly-owned clients seeking to achieve and sustain growth and market leadership. In addition, he works with private equity clients, pre- and post-deal, within their portfolio firms across a range of industries. Prior to joining ZRG Partners in 2017, Christophe spent 13 years in the executive search industry recruiting leadership talent across the full Energy value chain, Mining, Infrastructure, Capital Equipment, Automotive, and Technology. Engagements have covered all senior leadership team disciplines and include CIO, CFO, COO, Commercial, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations. With extensive experience advising small entrepreneurial startups through to some of the world’s largest corporations, Christophe is comfortable working with widely differing organisational structures and leadership styles across a broad international spread. A fluent French speaker, Christophe holds an Executive Masters in Energy from ESCP Europe, Institut Français du Pétrole, and the BI Norwegian School of Business.
