She has been working directly with high-net-worth families for over 13 years. Lucia possesses strong leadership skills, high emotional intelligence, and integrity. She is discreet, private, a natural motivator, and a mentor. Lucia’s areas of expertise also include trust management, leadership, board education, coaching, and mentoring (specifically for the next generation in family businesses and family offices), real estate, and lifestyle management. Throughout her career, Lucia has gained a deep understanding and appreciation of the family business ethos and the intricacies of intergenerational leadership. Before moving to Dubai, Lucia lived and worked in Lagos, Nigeria, for 10 years. She started her professional career in London, UK. Prior to joining Stanton Chase, Lucia was the Head of Family Office for Jagal Group. Before that, she was the CEO of Sail Harbour Foundation (a non-profit organization), implementing the philanthropic legacy of a high-net-worth family in Nigeria. Prior to this, Lucia spent 10 years at The Parthenon Group as Chief of Staff (a leading strategic advisory firm with diverse corporate and private clients, which was subsequently acquired by EY in 2014). Lucia also currently serves on the advisory board of Genomics Hub, a leading health tech company in the United Arab Emirates, specializing in online genetics counseling in Arabic for the Middle East, Africa, and Arabic-speaking countries. Genomics Hub is dedicated to delivering life-enhancing genomic knowledge to these underserved populations. Lucia earned a B.A. in Contemporary East European Studies (Politics and Economics) from University College London. She obtained a Certificate in Leading the Family Office from IMD Business School in Lausanne and a Certificate in Family Office Wealth Management and Leading with Finance from Harvard Business School in Boston.
