Darren Buck is a consultant and key member of Caldwell’s Life Sciences and Healthcare Practice. He focuses on executive level search for senior leaders within healthcare service, medical device, and healthcare technology organizations supporting both private and public companies, private equity firms and their portfolio companies. Darren’s experience spans multiple functions, including CEO, CFO, and COO, as well as sales leadership roles. Experience Prior to joining Caldwell, Darren was a managing director of the healthcare practice at McDermott + Bull, an international search firm based in Southern California. Previously, he was founder and managing partner at Hooper Sloan, a Nashville-based boutique search firm specializing in healthcare leadership. Education He holds a business management degree from Middle Tennessee State University.
