I am Nina Laszlo-Bäckström and I work at Compass Human Resource Group as a recruitment consultant, focusing on the implementation of direct search and recruitment services for expert, manager and executive level. My strongest expertise is in Life Science, middle management and specialist recruitments for the pharmaceutical, equipment and supplies industry, as well as diagnostics, but I have also gained a lot of experience in other fields, e.g. For FMCG, industry and finance. In my work, I am fascinated by interaction with people, finding the right people for the right tasks and building mind-blowing candidate and customer experiences. In my free time, I enjoy being with my family and friends, exercising, reading, traveling and good food.
