I'm Jose Rafael “JR” Lopez-Vito, a Partner at ZMG Ward Howell. My business experience spans over 20 years in sales management, training and development, and executive search with leading global and multinational organizations. As a headhunter, I have successfully led executive search engagements in telecommunications, IT, real estate, banking, retail, fast-moving consumer goods, pharmaceuticals and healthcare industries in the Philippines. My line management experience is rooted in Johnson and Johnson Consumer where I spent almost 10 years in various roles of increasing responsibility in Sales and Customer Development. Then, I joined Pepsi-Cola to establish, launch and manage the Pepsi University as its founding Administrator. I also gained international business exposure by working in Guam and the Micronesian region, managing sales and distribution portfolios for global players such as General Mills, Reckitt Benckiser, Ferrero, Mead Johnson, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and Exxon-Mobil. I am a graduate of the Ateneo de Manila University with a degree in AB Interdisciplinary Studies.
