Boualem Kadi worked in recruitment and executive search since early 2003 when he first launched his own boutique firm, located in Paris. In 2006, he was recruited by Michael Page to start the AFRICA business from scratch, where he has been instrumental in establishing Michael Page in the Executive Search segment in Africa. Based in Paris, and then in Casablanca, he worked for International Companies and big local firms for C-Levels positions across the continent, in North and Sub Saharan Africa. Working on challenging assignments, he has the ability to help organisations to think out of the box, and open their scope on C-Executives that they are willing to
