Before joining AIMS Germany in 2023, Uwe held various positions in the telecommunications industry over the past 30+ years. Starting as one of the pioneers at Mannesmann Mobilfunk in 1990, he led teams and departments in planning, operations and central steering. Later, as a senior manager at Vodafone Technology, he led major restructuring, integration and sourcing programmes. Since 2019, Uwe has been successfully working as an independent consultant, providing his expertise to large TelCo companies. As an associated partner in the AIMS team, he will leverage his excellent network and his extensive experience in HR related programmes to further strengthen the Media and Technology sector of AIMS International. Uwe is fluent in German and English and has a basic knowledge of French.
