Gary Lazzarotto brings over 20 years’ experience across the APAC region in the Human Resources industry in roles from consulting to CEO of significant enterprises. Gary has successfully built and managed regional businesses across Asia while living in Singapore and Hong Kong and has had responsibility for the development of offices in India, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia and the Philippines. His knowledge of Asia business, cross-cultural teams, and recruitment is extensive. On his return to Australia, Gary led a broad-based HR recruitment and consulting firm with 1,500 staff across Australia and New Zealand before joining a Private Equity backed global recruitment venture as APAC regional CEO managing offices across Australia, Singapore, and Hong Kong. Prior to joining Stanton Chase, Gary was Managing Partner, South East Asia of a retained executive search firm. He has completed numerous search assignments including CEO, CFO, CIO and COO appointments in ASX listed, private and start-up organizations. His experience as the regional CEO of a Nasdaq listed entity has provided a broad regional awareness and success in managing organic growth and M&A.
