Biography
Cati joined Isaacson, Miller in 2012 and focuses on filling leadership roles for public and private academic clients, including research institutions, academic medical centers, regional universities, and liberal arts colleges, as well as community foundations and education nonprofit organizations. Her work has spanned presidents, vice presidents, provosts, deans, chairs, and board members. Notably, she coordinated the completion of ten overlapping California State University presidential searches, more than doubling the number of women presidents in the system.
Prior to joining our firm, Cati founded and managed a national service program focused on improving access to and success in higher education for underserved students. She also served as the program and grants manager at Maine Campus Compact. She continues to support her alma mater, Bowdoin College, as a class agent.
Cati's past and present work has one major commonality: a passion for serving mission-driven organizations that work on behalf of students and communities.
