Robert Mercola is a partner in Marcum’s Tax & Business Services Division and a member of the Firm’s national Healthcare Group. Mr. Mercola specializes in all areas of taxation, with a particular focus towards individuals and closely-held businesses, compensation models for physician practices, structuring buy-ins and buy-outs, and financial management.

Prior to joining Marcum in 2019, Bob was a partner with the The Abrix Group, L.P. His experience also includes senior positions in the tax departments at two “Big 4” accounting firms.
