After a Master's degree at EMLYON in France, Xavier began his career in London in investment banking with a major international group. Initially working on the trading floor, he moved on to the Coverage teams (Financial Institution Group), covering a portfolio of institutional players (banks, payment organizations, insurance companies). In 2019, he was given the opportunity to help develop the UK business of a French wealth management group. In 2020, when he arrives in Belgium with his family, he discovers the recruiting profession. His interest in human relations and his desire to connect the right people with the right opportunities quickly guided him. Building on his knowledge of the banking and insurance sectors, he continues to enrich his skills, convinced that every encounter is an opportunity to learn and grow. His credibility and commitment, combined with a strong professional ethic, make him an essential partner for many F&S structures in Belgium.
