Chinmayee is a researcher in the Sales, Trading & Research practice. Prior to joining Sainty Hird & Partners, Chinmayee worked at J.P Morgan as a Bookrunner on the CEM Exotics desk and then went onto working at a boutique recruitment firm building out its Asset Management, Insurance & Fintech practice. Chinmayee is also an ambassador for the Diversity project & a member of the steering committee for the SMART working work stream.
