Tom is a Partner and co-founder of Crown Advisors, a national executive search practice specializing in the real estate industry.

Throughout his career, Tom has partnered with Construction Firms and related Service based organizations in the recruitment of “C” level executives as well as general management, key line and staff positions. He establishes himself as a trusted partner to his clients through his consultative approach, strong work ethic, and extensive professional network.

Tom’s introduction to search came in 1984 with a national construction recruitment firm where spent the next 12 years developing his disciplined operating style by leading recruiting initiatives, candidate development and project management.

He is active in the Design Build Association of America, the Urban Land Institute and the Associated General Contractors of America. Tom was a founding member and continues service on the board of ACE Mentor of Pittsburgh, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing career directions for students in architecture, construction and engineering.
