John has over 25 years of experience in management consulting, executive search and leadership assessment for a broad range of clients within the technology, industrial, science and global innovation sectors. As the founder of DES Recruitment, John provided the guidance and inspiration behind its growth. The merger between Miramar and DES provides our clients with a global footprint and an enhanced portfolio of services. John’s focus continues to revolve around working with clients across industries to provide them with support and guidance on the strategy and execution of acquiring talent. John holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ursinus College and an MBA from Villanova University.
