Lilie studied law at the Erasmus University of Rotterdam and after graduating she started her career as an AML Analyst FEC and Fraud Specialist AML for two of the largest banks in the Netherlands. As a Consultant at Taylor Root, Lilie specializes in the recruitment and selection of (senior) compliance professionals with a focus on the financial services sector. This includes Asset Managers, Banking (Commercial & Corporate), Exchange Services, Insurance, Payments, Pensions and Private Equity.
