Sylke has gained more than 20 years of experience at global Executive Search Firms in the Swiss and German market. She has built up an extensive Know-how and in-depth knowledge within a wide range of industries and business sectors. Her expertise ranges from multinational corporations to small and mid-sized companies. She has advised privately owned and publicly traded companies as well as NGOs. Before joining Eric Salmon & Partners, Sylke was a Director at a leading international search company. In that function she was Head of Competence Centre MedTech and a member of the Industrial Practice with main emphasis on the Swiss market. Prior to that, she served as core member of the Industry and Supply Chain Practice for another global Executive Search firm. Sylke is Austrian national and has a Master’s and a Doctor’s degree in International Business Administration from the Vienna University of Economics and Business, Austria.
