Dan is a Partner on the KLR Executive Search team. He has over 25 years of experience in well-known global and local search firms such as Korn/Ferry International and Gatti & Associates, respectively. Dan has worked in senior-level talent acquisition roles inside Human Resources Divisions of large organizations such as the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Throughout his career, he has filled leadership and C-Suite positions across function and industry in the Boston area.

For many years, Dan has managed several adult and youth sports programs in his community. In multiple sports, he has been extremely active in coaching and overall league administration.

Dan holds a MBA from Babson College and a BS in Accounting from Providence College.
