As a Partner and part of the leadership team at NSCG, and with Manufacturing & Engineering successfully re-established, my primary area of focus for the Group is to lead the growth of our Interim Management business across all sectors via the NSCG Interim Academy – a bespoke two-year development programme. Our plan is to double the size of the Interim division by 2026. My second area of focus is to spearhead our growth within FMCG, Consumer and Medical Markets – I have worked in partnership with clients in this space for nearly 20 years and have both a deep understanding & genuine passion for the sectors. I am incredibly proud to support our FMCG, Consumer and Medical clients in what is an essential part of the UK economy.
