Naja is Founder and Partner at People Executive and an experienced headhunter. She has more than 10 years of experience within Executive Search and has through her career contributed and challenged her customers with her direct and strategic understanding. Naja has experience with both big global organisations as well as local and private equity-owned companies. She has been a leader herself within the IT industry and is commercially educated from Copenhagen Business School. As a person Naja is very energetic, ambitious and has strong abilities within building long term relations with customers in the whole organisation.
