As Managing Partner, Caroline leads the Public Sector and Education practices in Australia. Her experience spans appointments at the board, chief executive officer and senior executive level for governments, not for profit and education clients. She has led national and international searches building strong relationships with an extensive network of leadership talent. She partners with clients and candidates taking a values based approach to delivering an outstanding experience and the very best appointments. Prior to her executive search career, Caroline spent 12 years in corporate affairs consulting to government and corporate clients on organisational reputation, media relations and customer engagement strategies. Earlier, she worked in public relations in the arts industry. Caroline was previously president of an inner city sporting club and co-chair of a contemporary dance organisation. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Arts (Media) from La Trobe University and a Graduate Diploma in Public Relations from RMIT.
