Gerard specializes in recruiting, developing, and placing CxO, board, and VP level talent for financial technology, banking, and payments companies. Gerard also has a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion, and helps organizations to achieve greater gender and ethnic diversity on their leadership teams. Gerard joined True from Korn Ferry, where he conducted chief executive officer, board, president/general manager, chief financial officer, and chief technology officer searches for fintech, software, and financial services companies. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Gerard served clients in the technology and financial services sectors at Russell Reynolds Associates. Earlier in his career, Gerard worked at McMaster-Carr Supply Company. Outside of work, Gerard serves on a few boards of non-profit organizations, including Camp Twin Lakes and Jumpstart. Gerard received his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Davidson College, where he also served as Student Body President.
