Lars Tegelberg is a Partner of TRANSEARCH Sweden. With a M.Sc. in Informatics and an officers’ exam from the Swedish army his focus is on management roles within IT, digitisation and other software defined businesses. He has extensive experience working with professional services and has also recruited higher position for the public sectors. Prior to entering executive search, Lars gained extensive leadership experience from various management roles. For more than a decade, he worked within the Capgemini Group in different management roles, was Managing Director for a subsidiary in the SAAB Group and had his own consulting firm within IT-management for a few years. Lars has been with TRANSEARCH since 2009.
