Lisa Andrzejewski serves as Associate Director of Business Development & Executive Search Consultant for Manhattan Resources, joining the team in 2018. Lisa brings more than 10 years of experience building high-performance teams and managing strategic operational processes in one of the most dynamic and competitive of industries. Overseeing personnel, logistics, and operations at the team level within the National Football League, Lisa possesses expertise in accomplishing clients’ organizational goals with improved efficiency and elevated performance. In addition to the sports and entertainment industry, Lisa spent time in the corporate financial sector with Shell Oil. As a financial and contract analyst in Shell’s Trading organization, she gained valuable experience learning the inner workings of a multinational operation that adds insight and value to her clients. Prior to her time in the NFL and the financial sector, Lisa worked in the football and compliance departments at the University of Alabama on a staff responsible for top-ranked recruiting classes that produced multiple National Championships. While competing on the varsity golf team at Alabama, Lisa graduated with a BS in Finance and an MS in Sports Management. She also holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Alabama and is licensed in the state of New York.
