Ella Pooley is a Senior Consultant in Green Park’s Diversity, Inclusion, Culture & Ethics (DICE) Practice. A power and inequalities specialist, Ella conducted research in diversity and inclusion and, more specifically, the relation to gender and LGBTQIA+ rights. Within the DICE practice, Ella draws on her background in Political Science and Academic Research. Leveraging her theoretical understanding, Ella produces critical reviews of workplace policies and practices to support organisations in achieving their strategic vision.
