“Following management functions in sales and purchasing in the corporate environment, I have been active as a personnel consultant for over 30 years. First 19 years with Steinbach & Partner, the last 10 years as managing director and shareholder. From 2005 I worked successfully as an independent entrepreneur for the same umbrella brand. Since January 2010, I have been the managing director and shareholder at SCHLAGHECK RADTKE OLDIGES executive consultants and have been involved as an industry generalist in the search and selection of executives and specialists for clients from a wide variety of industries. Headgate was spun off in May 2017 and I continue to serve as a Senior Advisor. I have been happily married for 38 years and the father of an adult son who has shared the same professional passion for several years. In my free time, I keep fit on my racing bike and am an avid golfer.”
