Scott has held previous corporate leadership positions as Director Talent Acquisition at Xerox with responsibility for all Industry Business Groups and Global Sales. He also founded and managed his own executive search firm, Garner Executive Search, Inc. in Dallas, Texas.

Scott has 16 years of executive search experience from both the retained search and in-house corporate side of the business having held executive recruiting and senior leadership roles with Affiliated Computer Services, Xerox, and Intel Corporation.

Scott has extensive experience in behavioral interviewing, sales and leadership assessments, succession planning and recruitment process outsourcing.

Having successfully executed several hundreds of senior-level search engagements across the U.S, Europe and Asia Pacific for start-ups and numerous Fortune 500 companies, Scott has developed a niche within the Systems & Devices, Software and IT Services segments.

Scott holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Human Resources Management from Baylor University. He has been an active member in the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) along with several professional networking organizations.
