Jean began her career at Isaacson, Miller as a reference specialist in 2000. She transitioned to recruitment in 2011, now conducting institutional advancement searches for higher education, academic medicine, independent schools, and arts organizations. She frequently fills roles within development, alumni relations, and marketing and communications. Jean's clients include the University of Pennsylvania; UCLA; the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center; Massachusetts General Hospital; Vanderbilt University; Howard University; University of Maryland, College Park; Washington College; Whitman College; and the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She also brings to her practice extensive healthcare knowledge, having spent time as an emergency/trauma nurse and as a healthcare consultant. With a commitment to paying personal attention to each client, Jean has earned a reputation for being both responsive and helpful. Outside of work, she enjoys volunteering for her local community food bank garden.
