Jon has 28 years of executive search and advisory experience in the Industrial segment. He brings global expertise in the transportation & logistics, aviation & aerospace and manufacturing sectors. Prior to joining Redgrave, Jon worked for Heidrick & Struggles for over 18 years, including a regional leadership role in the Middle East and more recently as a global sector practice leader. He is a chartered accountant with a law degree from Cambridge University.
