Hippolyte has accumulated more than twenty years of experience as an entrepreneur in human resources consulting. Passionate about horse riding, and after completing a veterinary preparatory program, he went on to study at ISG and began his career in the equestrian world. After a brief experience in a recruitment firm, he founded in 2005 an HR consulting and direct-approach recruitment firm dedicated to supporting executives and top managers. Working mainly on executive roles across a wide range of sectors—industry, retail, agri-food, services, and more—he strengthened his expertise in 2021 by acquiring a firm specialized in recruitment for the high-end hospitality and restaurant sector.
