Côme graduated from HEI in Lille and holds a Specialized Master's degree in Financial Engineering from Emlyon Business School. He began his career in finance, first as an analyst at Lazard Frères Gestion, where he acquired solid expertise in asset management and financial analysis. He then joined Mazars in the Transaction Services team, strengthening his skills in financial analysis, business valuation, and complex transaction management. In 2019, Côme decided to shift his focus to executive and senior recruitment consulting. After a successful first experience at Aperlead, he joined Egon Zehnder in the Financial Services practice, where he specializes in recruiting high-level profiles in the financial sector. His expertise spans a wide range of roles, from CFOs and risk managers to team managers and financial strategy experts. With his dual expertise in finance and talent recruitment, Côme supports companies of all sizes, from startups to large institutions, helping them find leaders capable of meeting their strategic challenges.
