Entering the world of recruitment in 2006, Rae began his career on the West Coast in construction and civil projects, then quickly transitioned to the Canadian energy sector with a move to Alberta. His experience spans several unique sectors with a solid passion for business development. Rae is determined to create “intentional” work environments–where meaningful relationships, exciting careers and corporate goals can all be realized.
