Donald brings significant senior sector experience across the community and government sectors in the areas of the arts, radio, science, environment and sustainability and agriculture. He has worked as a leader in four jurisdictions as well as leading Australian and Australasian roles. He has extensive experience working in and with regional and remote communities both in the not-for-profit sectors, including two peak bodies, and has senior executive experience in government. He has have spent most of his life working with people in collaborative partnerships and has a deep understanding of community, organisations and the facilitation of improved community outcomes. Donald has exceptional stakeholder engagement, collaboration and facilitation skills as well as a deep knowledge of organisational development and operational management, including governance, recruitment and staff management and the delivery of complex programs and budgets.
