Alyssa joined Erevena in San Francisco as an Associate in 2023. She specializes in Engineering, Deep Tech, and Product executive searches for early stage and pre-IPO businesses. In her previous role at Harnham, a data and analytics recruiting firm, she built and managed the Life Science Analytics vertical from scratch. She was responsible for bringing in biotech and pharmaceutical accounts, recruiting entry to senior executive level talent, and developing new team members. Alyssa grew up in Kentucky and graduated from Stanford University with Honors in International Relations.
