Mara is a principal in True’s Finance Practice. She has an international track record living and working across continental Europe and the United Kingdom. She holds a bachelors in psychology from the University of Osnabrueck in Germany and a masters in international business negotiation from IESEG in France. Mara started her executive search career at Korn Ferry in Manchester before gaining hands-on experience in a tech scale-up at Personio. She then rejoined Korn Ferry in Germany where she was primarily focused on placing CFOs and senior finance executives in Europe and the DACH region. Mara is fluent in German and English, and has advanced proficiency in French.
