Cyrus joined Redpath Partners in 2023 as an Associate Consultant for the Property and Construction team in Hong Kong. Prior to joining, Cyrus was a Construction Engineer in the field for over 3 years and transitioned to executive recruitment in the construction and technical engineering sector for Hong Kong and China. Cyrus holds a degree of Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction Management from Australia and is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. He then pursued his studies in Australia, focusing on Construction Management. During his four years in Australia, he had the opportunity to interact with many Australians, learn about their culture, and explore various places. This experience had a profound impact on Cyrus, shifting his perspective on life and boosting his self-esteem. He realized the importance of embracing one’s uniqueness and being confident in oneself. Today, Cyrus feels fortunate to have transitioned from the construction industry to the recruitment industry, where he can help others by sharing insights on self-improvement and career development.
