As a member of the Nonprofit & Philanthropic Executive Search Team, Kristy brings 20 years of industry experience to assist clients in their search for exceptional nonprofit leaders. Kristy has a deep understanding on the nonprofit landscape and the skills and passion needed to succeed in mission-driven work. Prior to joining FGP, Kristy worked in local development roles and national leadership positions most notably for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and March of Dimes. Over the course of her career, she has developed and implemented national fundraising strategies and has been responsible for attaining sizable revenue goals ranging from $10 to $40 million. She credits her years in nonprofit development and management to becoming a trusted executive search consultant for FGP. She is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a degree in Journalism and Mass Communication.
