Nick is a Partner in the Digital and Technology Practice at Savannah Group Having explored careers in the Military, Consulting and Advertising, I met the founders of a fast-growth Executive Search firm who persuaded me to join them. This became an amazing training ground, working for the first 3-4 years in research roles as I begun to develop expertise in digital and technology leadership across a variety of sectors. I went on to co-found a firm (with a Senior Partner) to specialise exclusively in this niche, expanding rapidly and internationally with offices in the UK and the US, leading ultimately to a successful exit. I was eager to remain in the digital and technology leadership space and spent subsequent years leading the growth of well established but traditional global Executive Search organisations in this domain. Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with many inspiring colleagues and clients who have been instrumental in my continued growth. In 2022, I was honoured to join Savannah Group, an organisation whose founders and values I had known admired for over a decade. Leading their digital, data, and technology practice, I inherited and further expanded a remarkable team, recognised as the leading practice among boutique Executive Search firms in this area. I am energised by the future and the potential we have to shape this dynamic field.
