Christian is a Senior Associate based in Hanover’s New York office and specializes in the Private Equity and Technology spaces. He is responsible for identifying exceptional talent on retained, senior-level searches nationally and for the development of new clients. Christian's recruiting methodology centers around trust and transparency with both his clients and candidates and believes that’s how he and his colleagues will deliver outstanding results. Christian has a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Marist College where he participated on the football team as a wide receiver.
