Harry is a Partner at NU Advisory Partners with over 25 years of executive search experience. He leads engagements across financial services, alternative asset funds, and their portfolio companies. He is known for his strategic thought partnership with clients, candidates, and friends, his straight talk, and his strong sense of humor. Before joining NU, Harry co-founded and spent 18 years leading On-Ramps, a search and consulting firm serving mission-driven organizations. He also spent eight years at Glocap, one of the country’s largest alternative asset recruiting firms, where he was a Partner and Managing Director. As Glocap’s first employee, Harry built and led the Accounting and Operations division, placing talent into some of the world’s largest alternative investment funds and their portfolio companies.
