Rosa Maria is Partner Director of the TRANSEARCH offices in Colombia and Venezuela. She founded TRANSEARCH Venezuela in 1998, and later co-founded TRANSEARCH Colombia. She has over 30 years’ experience in executive search, handling successful search assignments in a vast number of industries within Venezuela, Colombia and other countries. Her main clients include multinational companies, local conglomerates and family-businesses. Before joining TRANSEARCH she was Managing Partner in “Grupo Consultor”, an executive search firm which she founded and managed for more than a decade. Prior to this, she worked for pioneer firms within executive search. Rosa Maria further has significant experience in Management Assessment for client firms with a regional presence in Latin America. She is member of the Human Capital Institute and of AESC (Association of Executive Search Consultants). She has also been a board member of important binational business associations. She is a member of the following chambers: Venezuelan Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VENANCHAM), Colombian & Venezuelan Economic Integration Chamber (CAVECOL), Venezuela & French Industrial and Agricultural Chamber of Commerce (CCIAVF), Venezuelan & Chilean Chamber of Commerce, and the Venezuelan Federation of Latin American cross-borders chambers. Rosa Maria has been guest speaker in several management conferences and congresses in diverse Latin American countries. She has also been interviewed on executive search topics in diverse international business papers and magazines. She is a graduate from the “Instituto de Estudios Superiores de Administración” IESA (Caracas) and also holds a professional degree in Psychology from Universidad Andrés Bello (Caracas).
