Mr. Narain has worked extensively with clients across different sectors to assist them in developing their talent management strategies , consistent with their business vision and objectives. He has advised clients across a broad range of industries including Energy, Automotive, Specialty Materials, Process Engineering and high Technology companies.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Narain worked with another global executive search firm, where he served as managing director of India, having set up the firm's operations in the country and the Middle East. This included three offices in India, followed by an office in Dubai.
In his earlier career, Mr. Narain spent over fifteen years in the industrial domain with ExxonMobil & RPG Enterprises. His roles covered Marketing & Business management, while working with clients across Asia Pacific and leading diverse client servicing teams.

Mr. Narain is an engineering graduate from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and holds a post graduate diploma in business management from the Indian Institute of Management, Kolkata.
